I was able to enter the place of power in Gloriana's Tears without having broken all 4 seals first. There was one seal left!
I fought the boss and then got the cards for the challenge realms, but not for the next main quest realm.
The quest status was set to “break 1 more seal” or something like that.
So that's what I did. Then i re-entered the place of power and defeated the boss again. I only got his materials but no new realm card.
I am not able to unlock the last research tree of tier 3. Since I do not get the card.
Do I have any options here?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
To confirm, when you returned to the Boss, had you done anything to rest the encounter? We recently changed how boss resetting worked in 0.5.2.300614, where the player may restart the boss fight by travelling via lodestar.
If that still does not resolve your issue, please attach an F2 screenshot overlay to this post so that our development team may investigate further.
