I have been looking up online to create cloth. I have a refined textile station. I can create twine. I have no idea to create thread or cloth. I search for either of those in crafting - nothing shows up for it. It makes it impossible to craft items depending on cloth.

If you have learned the Refined Textile Station in your Progression Tree, you should have the option to learn Thread, Rope, and Cloth.
If possible, please attach a screenshot of your Progression menu with the Refined Textile Station visible to this post so we can better understand what may be causing the issue.
