Hi, so in third person which is my preferred way to play, the bow and arrow shots go about an inch to the left of where the crosshair lies. The disparity also varies based on how far the target is.
I am having this issue too, looks like even in third person you still shoot like if you are in first view, the crosshair doesn't point where you really aim, the different camera angle doesn't translate to the reticle. Making two heart shot for the quest a pure luck, not skill.
