Stuck in Crafting Window

Ive encountered a bug twice now where ill get stuck in the crafting window on various crafting tables and my esc key doesnt take me out of them. I cant close the windows, i can navigate around in the window and anything happening around me happens as normal outside of the crafting window but i cannot get out of the crafting window. Ive tried hitting back on the menu, movement keys, hitting esc, etc. nothing works.

The only option i have is to Alt-F4 out of the game, i cant take any screenshots of the event for that reason. So far its happened on two seperate crafting tables, one was an excellent saw table and the other an excellent workbench.
