Entered the underground vault thing in the Forest Gauntlet realm and after killing the death weaver spiders the door did not unlock to go to the next section. Just remained closed and the reward essence pool stayed red as if there was more to do

My wife and I ran into the same issue. We even logged came back in and cleared it all again, but it remains "running" even though we killed all the spiders and exploded all the angry red things. It seems to be bugged as we have spent a lot of time combing through the area over and over to no avail. We did find some cleverly hidden chests, but no way to complete it.
