I found a synchroner lotos i play in german Puck came and say that i can build a Portal i get the quest to build one but don't get the blueprint to build it can any one help?
The portal recipe should be showing in your progress book. It is either under 'freestanding structures' or 'magical structures' tab and you might have to check in both tier 1 and tier 2 items. I hope you can find it. Good luck!
