I decided to create a mystic blunderbuss made from pursuit ingots so crafted a marksman barrel from a pursuit barrel with 6% ranged damage and a pursuit ornament with 6% ranged damage giving the marksman barrel 12%. I got a spare one and when I went to store this I noticed i had received 2 marksman barrels made from pursuit earlier from drops, these only had 6% ranged damage. When I put the 12% barrel in the chest it merged with the 6% stack and even after splitting the stack up it only had 6% ranged damage. I have loads of extra pursuit ore so no big deal but I can imagine that in a lot of scenario's this could be very annoying.
