My codex, building blueprints, and recipes are all missing from my character. Progression tree still has everything previously acquired, unlocked. A restart did not work. Unlocking a new recipe in the progression menu did not work.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. If possible, please press F2 while in-game at the location where this is happening and attach a screenshot of the overlay menu to this post so we can better understand what may be causing the issue.
If you could, please also provide a screen shot of the pages in your guidebook where recips or information are missing.
