These are lights placed on the bottom side of the flooring.
Due to the lights I was using not working since the last patch, I was trying to take them down and put up new lights.
Well, I couldn't target the lights to take down without destroying the floor first. Now I have placed a new light but cannot build it because I cannot target that either. The only way I'll be able to put new lights is to place them, destroy the floor, build the light, replace the floor.
