Can't get anything out of the consumable menu

All kinds of things that I did NOT want to store in my consumbable menu have landed there. I can't get them out, other than destroying/eating them.

Impact	It's difficult to play or progress
Category Tags	Other, Controls, Tools/Gear
Realms	Sylvan’s Cradle, Abeyance, Welkin’s Reach
Minor Realm Cards	None
Steps to Reproduce	I don't know, just make a lot of things and watch then dissapear with no explanation and be stuck when you try to do anthing about it.
