Snowball throw unlock bug

I got the achievement of throwing a snowball a long distance but it did not unlock the clothing? Did I miss something?

Impact	It's difficult to play or progress
Category Tags	Quests, Tools/Gear
Realms	Sylvan’s Cradle, Other
Minor Realm Cards	None
Steps to Reproduce	Throw the snowball past that distance and perhaps you also don't get the unlock?
