Fae vaults have issues. Barrels do not align with the terrain (ie, they float in the air or are misaligned). Sycranous lotus chests either do not exist or are misaligned. Fae chests do not exist. At end of the vault, lotus chests do not exist. I suspect that the missing items are all just misaligned, and hidden in walls. Vaults accessed via the Watch are not affected. I saw this issue pre the latest update.
