Trying to adjust height when placing chandeliers doesn't work using the R key. It is supposed to be changing the height, but does nothing. Given the last update made everything darker, I want to add lights, but as wall 'ankers' are filled with augmentations, and ceilings are high (2 floors), a low chandelier would be the only option.
