Service Error - can't log in

Hi!

After the Winter Update I can't log into game. It says that it couldn't establish connection to {PlatformServiceString} (Steam in my case.) Besides, it doesn't allow to play even in an offline mode.

I'm in Russia and guess that this's an issue. But via any VPN ping is so high. Besides, game isn't banned in Russian Steam and before the Winter update it was possible to play online. I tried troubleshooting FAQ, but it didn't help.

I really like this game. Plus my friend from abroad also plays it.
