I grabbed about 800 bug meat from the estate cairn and put them in a different storage bag for my food, it never took that weight out after moving them to a storage bag. I left the game and came back. Went to take out a couple of items from my bag to see if the weight would change, they would not come out of my bag until about 3 minutes later when they just appeared at my feet. My carry weight still didn't change.
Bug seems to have fixed itself after items were able to leave bag properly. Might have been really bad lag
