I have a problem with the Move Estate Center function. When I press it, it says "Already Estate Center," and after closing it, I press E to check again to make sure, but it still shows "Move Estate Center." When I teleport, it still returns to the old position. Please help me check this issue.

This is a known bug to us. When you hit the button to "Move Estate Center" it does move the estate center, but the UI does not show the change as permanent.
However, this is not the same as your respite, which you must set separately (you can open the context menu for this by selecting the cairn that you want to be your respite location, holding down E and hitting "create respite.")
