Invisible hands after strange magic behaviour.

Whilst fighting an Eoten tree (non apex) the hermetic flame and recovery spells on my axe started acting strangely. Playing in 1st person, I was getting no visual representation that i was using a spell, but holding fire did show the charging ring on the screen.

However, despite making sure i had recovery selected, charging the spell would result in hermetic flame happening instead.

After the conflict, i was able to select and use the spells normally again, and there was some visual representation when i used them, but my hands had become invisible. Changing weapons did not fix it, and my hands remained invisible for all my equipable held items.

Switching to 3rd person mode showed my hands as normal, but after switching back to 1st person they were still invisible for all hand held items.

Quitting to the main menu and reloading the game fixed it.

Additional info: i was wearing simple predator hide gloves at the time.
