Nightingale Community Portal
Place bench and some augments for it. Initially, the hexagonal indicators light up as they should. Next, switch realms and then return. The indicators go back to blank showing no applied augments. However, if you inspect the affected work bench the inspect description shows they are applied. Seems to be a visual bug.

I have noticed that the work benches are not indicating that augments are applied. This happens especially after I return from venturing in the realms. I have to relog to get the augments to show up.
