Loadstar to high?

When I try to travel from my Zephyr Core to 'House' loadstar I just keeps leaving me at Zepher. My main at the time only Loadstar is build in my elevated 'souse' that is connected off the observatory in the zone (It's about 5 floors abouve the top level of the observatory itself. I build a new loadstar on the 3rd floor of the observatory and connect to there but that one also won't teleport me directly upstairs so is their a height restriction in lstar travel (Had times where for on far it would not see ofr show my construction about the observatory till I got closer)

Did a count from the top point and see my loadstar is about 16 - 17 'floors' about the ground or I counted it's the 13th floor counting from the base of the stairs that I started from the top of the observatory's 4th/ upper floor. so it would seem I found the sky limit I did a bit of a work around with putting a lower one in the 3flr floor of the observator though I suppose I could have put it on the 5th floor as well right beside my stairs going up too my main house and even that one won't connect with my HOUSE star
