Character Model/Appearance Changing On Its Own

Since the 0.7 patch, one of my characters' appearance continues to alter itself when I am logged out of the game. Similar issues are happening to a friend of mine who plays as well but only on one character of theirs as well.

With my character, highly visible makeup is being applied despite the options being set to 0 (none) when looking at the character creator to fix the changes. Body types are also not saving and he is not rendering the model he should be. If I go to attempt to correct the body type, changing it removes facial hair, eye color, and most facial customization that isn't the immediate result of the ancestry generation under which he was originally made and then tweaked.

For my friend, both the body type and the facial structure are being altered, though the face could be because the differing body types sometimes add mass to the face for the larger models.

Image included of the eyeshadow, liner, and lipstick applications that were zeroed out originally on this character and which now resist saving.
