So The gate I built to go to Nightingale city is gone and now I have no way to get back in the sense I dont have my Collocated Lotus now. Anyone else having this issue?

The recipe for Collocated Lotus is in Tier 3 Magick, the first recipe top left.
It is crafted at an Enchanters Focus workbench using 3 Sync. Lotus, 5 Precious Metal and 5 Focal Shard.
... and just to add, this game really needs a better search function, as the existing one is ass.

Look in your progression to learn items. You can learn the recipe to craft the new lotus in a work bench. Then you have more of them.
