Nightingale Community Portal
This particular Synchronous Lotus Chest in Nightingale City (Pandora's Bane) resets every time the player loads into the Realm, whether via portal or from loading the game. So everytime you load in, you can gather another 2 Glamour Tokens and 1 Sychronous Lotus token from it, exit, load back in, collect them again, etc.
