The E4 Bastille of Might won't progress to opening the essence bundle, even though I've defeated all 3 waves of Bound.

Same problem for me except it's stuck on the first wave
Same, and I've checked throughout the building with spyglass and Beast's Instinct in case any Bound were stuck in a wall or similar. There's no sign of any, and the building won't open or give the reward.
