Troubles Within and Without - counter stays if you delete an item

For the Poe quest "Troubles Within and Without" if you delete a furnishing you place (e.g., Unsprung Trap) it still advances the counter. So you can build 1 Unsprung Trap, delete it, rebuild it, etcetera. In the end you have used 0 resources but the subtask is done.
