several NPCs including the one for the inactive gray pylon quest is not progressing as it is stuck in a endless talk to npc loop when i talk to said npc he wont even let me escort him either. its essentially soft locking or hard locking my progression till there is a fix.

For the second zone, I had all the required items to activate the Pylon but it still needed me to reset the portal in the zone before the NPCs at the Inactive Pylon will start the defense quest.
