Latency stole my T3 Umbrella

I had a T3 Umbrella (121)with Raven skill on it, and could glide forever. I went to put it into my inventory instead of my hotbar, and experienced a Lag spike. When the game recovered, the umbrella was gone. Not in my hotbar. Not in my inventory. Nor had my companion picked it up. My friend checked their inventory, and that of their companion, and no umbrella. It's just gone!

I want my umbrella back!
