My game crashed right when jumping down to the queens lair and when I restarted the game and finished the fight there is no portal at the end. I watched a video of the fight and see there should be one but I have nothing. I left the realm and tried again in the morning with a fresh load of the realm and the fought the boss again but still no portal. I do not have anything for the main quest? So, I am just stuck and cannot continue the story.
After defeating any boss, the portal just takes you back to the crossways in your abeyance. If the portal isn't open and the pedestal button doesn't work, you can just open the may and use the quick travel feature.
If you're playing online, the portal will automatically close after a few minutes to save server resources, so it might just need to be re-opened.
