Sylvan Cradle Aid and Defense spots are missing NPC's

I just defeated the Sylvan Cradle boss and I was low on tier 2 essence. went around to do the POI's of AID and Defense and there were no NPCS to be found near those spots. The main 2 camps still had their NPC's.
