Sickle enchantment channel visual bug in 3rd person

While playing in 3rd person, there is a bug that has been happening consistently for me. Whenever I enchant my sickle with oberon's bounty while crouching, my characters feet lift off the ground and show sideways into the air. It happens every time I do it. Steps to replicate:
1)Play in 3rd Person
2)Crouch
3)Channel Oberon's Bounty enchantment on a sickle (I've tried it with the mystic sickle so far and umbrella equipped)
4)Bug occurs (lower body becomes parallel to the ground and feet are in front of direction character is facing).
5)Character returns to normal after reaching 3rd charge of Oberon's Bounty.
