You can use masterwork bow arms as a pole component when crafting handles and stocks at the saw table.
So that means you can essentially craft a Masterwork Handle made out of 2 handles made out of Masterwork Bow Arms.
To be completely honest, when I saw this I got super excited and began experimenting a bit with combination of modifiers.. while this is possibly an oversight, not intended.. it is super fun.
The buffed Stock you can make like this, aligns itself with a masterwork recipe, as it would make sense that all components needed to craft a masterwork would also need to be masterworks. The normal Stock feels underwhelming when crafting a masterwork shotgun for instance.. this logic applies to other masterwork recipes as well.. so I kind of think for this instance it wouldn't be bad for it to remain (or revamp the masterwork recipes to be higher quality through and through might be an alternative approach)
However regarding the Handles which later are needed to create another masterwork, that is kind of meh.. crafting a melee spec masterwork bow arms in general doesn't really make sense..
I must admit though that having more ways to push the stats we want even further is more than welcome, there is only so many combinations we can do till it gets stale..
Every time I can actually create a slightly better equipment, no matter how small of an increase, it just feels good.
I have attached an image to help with the explanation, a visual guide to crafting slightly stronger handles :)
