I searched for a solution, but any portal button is not usable by me. I've read similar reports, but no answers or solutions till now. I think this happened while i was switching weapons near a portal button. So Bunkers and Story is currently locked for me. Can't progress further, restarting the game or opening different portals didn't help. I'm hard locked right before finally entering nightingale. Quite ironic :D
