I gave 3 types of wood to my companion, I open the companion inventory and there 2 types are gone. I was in my house on Sylvan Cradle.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Have you adjusted your NPC's Behaviour settings so that they are not permitted to Add Fuel or Add Materials to buildings?
Have you also adjusted any of your storage container settings to restrict NPC access?
