Realm card descriptions outdated

Several cards have descriptions that go back several updates to when strength and disease were attributes. Some examples:

• Might says it increases your strength and carrying capacity, but only the increased capacity is shown in buffs.

• Amphibious increases disease resistance, but disease resistance is no longer an attribute. The buff still says disease resistance is increased, and poison resistance is not modified by the card.

Other cards have descriptions that suggest some benefits but do not produce the expected outcome, such as the Harvester's Workshop card saying that the tools will have increased yield.

Minor realm card descriptions need to be updated to reflect their current effects. I've only verified a few as being outdated. All minor realm cards should be gone through to check that their effects match their descriptions.
