Unable to skin some animals in swamp

South of the Fort of Authority, bison spawn on the road out to the swamp. If they die in the water, I can't skin them.

Impact	It doesn't impact my ability to play or progress

Steps to Reproduce	South of the Fort of Authority, bison spawn on the road out to the swamp. If they die in the water, I can't skin them.
