Completed Aid POI/Quest and reward box opens, but unable to claim essesence reward

Hi there,
Thank you to everyone who have brought this issue to our attention. We are still investigating, but in the meantime, a possible workaround for this issue is to let the realm with the reward chest spin down completely -- typically after logging out for 15 minutes or so -- and then return to the encounter.

I had the same issue just today. I believe this might be related to buildings near (or around) the chest. I recorded a short 1.2min video of me trying to access the chest (see below). Then I realized I had built a "Crude" roof over the workstations to provide "sheltered" boost to crafting. After removing the construction, I was able to access the rewards chest. Update/Additional notes: Same issue is occurring at the same POI in offline mode.
