It's not a ground breaking matter, though I do believe she may be bugged. It constantly says she has new rumors but when I speak to her she has nothing new.
I just keep going to her thinking she has something new finally. Maybe when her next quest triggers it'll go away. but I found it slightly worth mentioning.
