smelter augment issue

Smelters appear to be taking the lower-tier Blacksmithing augment bonuses rather than highest when multiple are present.

To confirm:

excellent smelter with bellows and crude grindstone present

both confirmed listed in the Traits/Inspect display

isolated from all other potential augments

no realm card production bonuses

With both augments present I craft 20 ingots and get 4 bonus ingots, reflecting a 0.2 bonus as if the grindstone wasn't present

dismantle and rebuilt grindstone w/same result

dismantle the bellows, craft 20 ingots and get 8 bonus ingots correctly reflecting the 0.4 bonus from the grindstone

rebuild the bellows, craft 20 ingots and back to getting 4 bonus ingots

And have been able to confirm with a third party in discord the same results.
