After update 20FEB2025, qucik swap equip with d-pad not functional.
Holding and using radial is working.
are you holding the D pad to pull up the wheel? left on my controller is for the weapons and right d-pad is off handed/umbrella. Also you can tap the d pad to move through them one by one.
