Do you have a trickster card active? Also - no need for a sickle on delphinium just walk up to the flower and collect it manually like grass and rocks. You only need to use the sickle on plant items with an actual equipment level (like holt bloom, cinder strands, Titania's crown and Britomars locks and some high value mushrooms)
