the infusion for Geasa-3 has the same effect (in progression) as Geasa-2.
Both provide +4% Magic in the progression menu.
however, Geasa-3 uses Tier-3 essences, and Geasa-2 only uses Tier-2 essences.
The cost is not worth the return, and do not believe this was intentional.
I mean, I don't think it will seriously impact things... but It does affect gameplay.
