I am unable to run the game in offline mode.

As logs can contain sensitive information please do no share them on AHA! or other public forums and send them to us by submitting a Zendesk Ticket.
You can submit a ticket by:
Stay on the “How do I get my player logs?” page or
Go to https://inflexiongames.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and on the top right hand side of the site select Submit a Request
GOOD NEWS! I discovered a workaround and I only recommend this if you do not have any offline characters currently created.
Close out of Nightingale completely.
Hold the Windows key + R.
This will bring up a run dialog window.
Enter: %localappdata%\nwx\saved\ in the text box and click OK.
This should bring you to the folder with your saved files folder.
Select the Config folder, press F2 and rename it to Config.OLD
Select the Offline folder, press F2 and rename it to Offline.OLD
Relaunch Nightingale and the game will reset your settings to default and rebuild the offline folder structure.
NOTE: My Offline directory had no sub-directories before I performed this test. I also noticed that there is a new checkbox to "Remember my preference. Don't ask again." which I may have accidentally checked in the past.
