Nightingale Community Portal
This has happened a few times now, to the point of being a pattern. I close the game and come back later to launch it again, only Steam says it is still running. I select "stop" in the Steam menu, but it hangs there and never stops. The only ways I've been able to resolve this are to restart my computer or go into task manager and force-close Steam.
