Me and my friend are on this quest. He was able to get the oil from a fabled bishop. However we are unable to find another one for myself. We tried reopening a portal to swamp gauntlet but none are spawning.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Our developers are investigating an issue that sounds like the one you’re currently running into. They have suggested some work arounds you may attempt:
Spin down the realm then have the Player who didn't originally play the card spin up the realm instead. This should spin up a new realm tied to the new Player. Once the player who still needs the Oil get it, you can spin down the Realm and spin up the original Realm when the Player who originally spun up the Realm replays the card.
You may also reset the Realm using the check box in the left hand corner but This will Reset any Progress in that Realm including Encounters. Only reset if you're absolutely sure. Hope this helps
