I am unable to collect the Twitch Drop rewards. I can see them on the screen under Options, but I am unable to select them. I have not yet left the first abeyance realm. Not sure if this makes a difference or not.

Update
A possible workaround for those experiencing this issue. Please:
- first select the item on the left by clicking > this should result in the item displayed on the right side of the menu
- click Claim on the full-size version of that item on the right
- back out of the menu to clear the previous UI and then return
OR
- confirm selection of new item on the left by clicking
- Claim new item as it appears on the right, and repeat

There seems to be no twitch rewards for offline mode. I can claim for online but i really don't play online.
