My inventory is at 37.25 / 50, but I have a red partial circle above my health that indicates my "inventory is reaching its weight capacity." Resting does not fix it. Exiting and reloading does not fix it. Eating to satiation does not fix it.

Ongoing effect, cause not know. Might have appeared after consuming Wasna but confidence is low.
Happened again. It appears that if you go overweight (don't know if not having a backpack matters), the game never registers when you take actions to reduce your eight below the encumbrance limit.
Finally solved by removing everything from inventory including clothes and hotbar items, logging out and reloading game, then picking everything back up. Still strange and should be looked into.
