After unlocking the poet's writing desk in the Edgar Allan Poe Questline, the desk is not available in the build menu after unlocking via the progression menu. Seems others on reddit have had a similar problem both before and after the big update. Potential workaround posted there was to return to Abeyance and log out.
Found this under the refinement tab instead of the structures tab if it helps anyone.
