I completed the observatory quest, releasing something on the top floor, the astral quest said it was updated. explore the empyrean well.
yet i cannot enter the well, force field still kills me. bug?
The game does not make it very obvious, but the release gives you a timed buff to enter the well. Be sure to get in before it runs out.
