When I look at Aurelio Ortega My frames drop way down. When standing next to him and he's not in view everything is fine but once he's in view frames drop. This hasn't happened with any other npc yet.
Also my experience. I have my FPS hard set to 60 max, and it hardly ever dips. Except when facing Aurelio and Desma at the Sylvan's Cradle Site of Power. GPU usage hits 98%, frametime goes wild, and FPS itself dips to 20ish.
