In Welkin's Reach and went down into the Well. Made it to the room with the columns and the large beetle to fight. Near the end of the fight the beetle stopped moving and wouldn't attack or be damaged. The door to the next vault also won't open. The Offering of Flesh bit never displayed. I went back to the Crossroads and then came back. Now the beetle is gone altogether and the door is still closed. Unable to proceed. Ever Shifting Expanse still shows up in Journal.

Offering of Flesh is not at the beetle boss and you are supposed to finish all three Offerings before confronting the boss.
Once you have the quest to give three types of Offerings, new icons show up on the map indicating three Altars.
Obviously if beetle boss is glitched this is a bug to be reported. Meanwhile, the supposed workaround is to go to sleep in a bed, which causes realm story bosses to reappear/reset.
