Sasse quest about Bass Reeves - bugs related to Turn In options

Only 1 option in the dialog is marked as "Turn In", which is to betray Bass's confidence and tell Sasse the info she wants.

However, it is still possible to Turn In the quest by choosing not to tell her. But this option is not marked for players (bug?). So (1) they might inadvertently click it thinking the dialog option just lead to more dialog or a delay in closing the quest, (2) they think the only way to finish the quest is betray Bass.

Furthermore, if you choose the option to not tell her, you still get 50 T3 Essence. This does not make sense. The consequence for not telling her is to forgo the reward, but you are rewarded anyway.
